Rules during your stay

1. Harmful, unhealthy, dangerous and unlawful activities are prohibited throughout the community.

2. Portals, stairs, entrance to the building, swimming pool, terrace and garden area:
It is not aloved to throw garbage or other objects. Be careful not to cause any disturbance to others living in the community. Do not park vehicles, bicycles, etc. or occupy with furniture or objects not authorized in communial zone places.

3. Disturbance of neighbors. Do not disturb the tranquility of the building with noises that could be annoying to the community. From 23:00 there should be no activities that cause noise or disturbance of any kind to the rest of the neighbors. Parties are prohibited.

4. Pets are not allowed.

5. Swimming pool.
– Use only blue pool towels
– It is mandatory to use the shower before using the pool.
– Glass cups / glasses are prohibited.
– The opening hours of the pool is from 10:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. and from 17:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m.

6. It is prohibited to leave garbage throughout the community premises.
During your stay please empty the trash and place it in the nearest trash bins

7. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace of the apartment. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment and throughout the community.

8. Always keep the entrance door closed for your own safety.

9. he main door and the terrace door can not be opened from the outside if the key is in the lock inside and a locksmith is needed. The approximate cost is 70 € and 120 € weekends. We are not responsible for the cost.

10. We do not take responsibility for any loss, theft or loss of personal property of the guests left in the house.

11. The accommodation capacity should never be exceeded. In case this rule is not respected we are authorized to make you vacate the apartment.
