Can you book for long stay?

When will I receive the reservation information?

At the time of making the reservation you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the reservation.

Payment methods accepted

We accept payments by credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

Where do I pick up the keys to the apartment?

The keys are collected in a deposit box or one of Vero Holiday Homes staff will contact you to agree about the arrival time and give you the keys.

Do I have to pay deposit?

Yes, a deposit have to be paid according to the type of accommodation and it is returned the day after check-out.

Cancellation Policies

If the traveler cancels within 30 days of entering the accommodation, the advance is returned (less commissions) and if canceled after this period, the advance will be lost.

Exception due to COVID, we have changed our cancellation policy during the pandemic and majeure force causes:

  • If due to COVID the client can NOT travel by government or health order, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded without discounting any commission applied.
  • If for reasons not linked to COVID, the traveler cancel before 15 days of entering the accommodation, the amount paid will be returned (less commissions) and if you cancel after this period, you will lose 50% of the amount paid

Schedule Check in/ out

You must leave the accommodation no later than 11h and the check in is from 15h.

Is there an extra cleaning fee?

 Yes, the cleaning has a supplement according to the type of accommodation.

Pets are allowed?

Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.  Some of our clients are allergic and we can not put them at risk.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

You can only smoke outside: terraces and balconies are ok, but not inside the apartments.

Is bedding and towels included?

Yes, All accommodations have bed linen and towels.

There is a lift?
