Yes, a deposit have to be paid according to the type of accommodation and it is returned the day after check-out.
If the traveler cancels before 30 days prior to the accommodation entry, the advance payment will be refunded (deducting commissions). In case of cancellation after this period, 50% of the advance payment will be retained.
For reservations lasting more than 20 days, the cancellation policy is as follows: if the traveler cancels before 90 days prior to the accommodation entry, the advance payment will be refunded (deducting commissions). If canceled before 60 days prior to the entry, the traveler will lose 50% of the advance payment, and if canceled after this period, the entire advance payment will be forfeited.”
